As a certified Holistic Nutritionist with 30+ years experience in health, fitness & wellness, I love helping women learn how to balance their hormones and thrive through peri-menopause and beyond.
My approach is designed to help you reset your digestive system, establish healthy eating habits and adopt a sustainable lifestyle.

It all starts with a free 15-minute Discovery Call to ask questions and share what you’re currently navigating.
On this call we will explore which type of support might be right for you and what the next steps are.
2. SHARE YOUR STORY
Complete a simple health questionnaire so I can understand your current symptoms, health history and your future health priorities.
This is the starting point for your personalised plan.
3. 1:1 HEALTH EVALUATION
This 90 minute session is a thorough evaluation of your current overall hormonal health.
We aim to identify possible hormonal imbalances that could be behind how you’re currently feeling.
4. WE BEGIN!
Once you’ve chosen your length of support (3, 6 or 9 months) comes your custom Hormone Health Plan.
Your plan will include everything tailored to your body’s needs, so we can move forward with clarity.
